Telehealth is now available. You may be able to visit with your healthcare provider from the safety of your own home! You can call us directly to schedule an appointment. Most insurance carriers do not require a physician referral! 

Patients are provided with customized, therapeutic interventions to meet their individual needs. The unique locations allow patients access to strength and conditioning equipment and pool at the Paul H. Broyhill Wellness Center in Boone, providing a continuum of care from acute care to wellness programming. Some Outpatient Rehab Services require a physician’s referral for insurance coverage. Please contact the Rehabilitation Center for more information about referrals. 

Employers: We are a WorkSTEPS Licensed Provider

The Rehabilitation Center therapists are trained and licensed to administer WorkSTEPS functional employment testing for your employees. We offer these services at our Boone location.
